🛠️ How to Track and Manage Maintenance Requests

The Maintenance tab helps you stay on top of all repair and service activities for your properties. Whether it’s a broken appliance or routine maintenance, this tab ensures requests are logged, assigned, and tracked efficiently.

📋 What You Can Do in the Maintenance Tab

  • Log new maintenance requests for any property.
  • Track the status of existing requests: Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Cancelled.
  • Assign tasks to specific maintenance personnel.
  • Add detailed descriptions and attach supporting documents or photos.

📝 Adding a New Maintenance Request

  1. Select the property and open the Maintenance tab.
  2. Click the Add Maintenance button (wrench icon).
  3. Fill in the request details:
    • Description – Clearly describe the issue (e.g., “Leaking kitchen tap”).
    • Status – Set the current status (default is Pending).
    • – Mark as High, Medium, or Low.
    • Assign To – Choose a staff member responsible.
    • Attachments – Upload photos or documents if needed.
  4. Click Save to log the request.

✅ Updating and Managing Requests

Click any maintenance card to update details or change the status. For example, mark it as Completed once resolved, or reassign it to another staff member.
