π¨οΈ Print & ποΈ Delete
Two essential tools β Print and Delete β are available for inventory administrators to manage physical documentation and remove unwanted or obsolete records from the system.
π¨οΈ Print Inventory List
The Print button exports a visual copy of the currently visible product list. This is useful for:
- Physical stocktaking
- Shelf labeling and verification
- Handing over paper copies to stores without system access
It respects the current filter and search conditions β so you can print just a subset (e.g., all antibiotics or low-stock items).
π§° Example: Monthly Audit
- Search or filter by category: βPharmacyβ
- Click Print
- Receive a formatted inventory list with name, quantity, and status
- Physically check and write counted quantities on the printed sheet
ποΈ Delete Product
The Delete button archives one or more selected products from your storeβs inventory.
β οΈ The items are not deleted but archived to the recycle bin, you will find these items in the recycle bin
Use Cases for Delete:
- Test entries during system setup
- Duplicate items mistakenly uploaded
Steps:
- Tick one or more product cards
- Click Delete
- Confirm the prompt
- The item(s) are removed from your inventory list and system records and are only now in the Recycle Bin
π§ Best Practices
- Always export inventory before mass deletions
- Limit delete permissions to trusted users only
- Use Print mode for fast shelf verification during audits
