Enable department switching for staff who genuinely work across multiple units, such as administrators, managers, consultants, rotating clinicians, or support teams.
🏢 What it allows
The user can switch departments inside the system and manage activities in more than one unit without needing separate accounts.
🔒 Access reminder: Only enable department switching for users whose role requires it.
