Nursing Medication Administration Record
The Medications tab works as a Medication Administration Record so staff can track prescribed and administered medications during care.
๐ Medication details
- Drug name
- Dosage, frequency, and route
- Start and stop dates
- Status such as Active, Stopped, or Home medication
- Category such as antimicrobials, anticoagulants, or injectables
๐ Administration recording
- Time given
- Dose administered
- Whether the medication was successfully given
- If the patient refused, was away, omitted the dose, or vomited
- Which staff member administered it
๐ Filtering and timeline
Medication records can be filtered by category or status, and administration events are automatically logged on the timeline for review.
โ ๏ธ Medication safety: Record administration as close to the real event as possible so the MAR stays accurate.
