Patient Monitoring and Observations Timeline
The Monitoring tab helps clinicians and nurses follow patient progress over time, especially for inpatients and long-stay patients.
๐ Observations to track
- Vital signs such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, temperature, respiratory rate, and pain scale
- Daily nursing notes and clinical observations
- Daily care plans
- Skin, wound, neurological, respiratory, cardiac, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and IV monitoring notes
๐งช Results on the timeline
Daily laboratory and radiology results can appear alongside observations, helping staff compare trends and judge whether the patient is improving or worsening.
