Draft Invoices and Pickup Slips
Draft or suspended invoices are useful when the bill is not ready to close but another team needs the item list.
🧾 When to use drafts
- Pharmacy pickup slips
- Medication or item preparation before payment
- Invoices that need internal review
- Bills waiting for confirmation or approval
💬 Internal comments
Add internal invoice comments to record actions such as who dispensed, prepared, reviewed, or picked up items. These comments do not appear on the printed receipt.
